Refund policy

Your satisfaction is paramount at B FiT. We gladly accept returns within 14 days of your original purchase date. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a 10% restocking fee may apply.

Returns will only be accepted in cases of damages or missing items. To facilitate prompt processing, kindly provide proof of any issues within 3 days of delivery. You can submit your claim by writing to us at info@brainfit.in.

2. Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit, ensuring it is in its original packaging.
3. Ship the item back to us at the provided address.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note that certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, including items from our 'Final Sale' collection.
