SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship Brain Games across India only. International shipping is not available at this time. We are working on expanding our reach and will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, sale periods, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹2,500. For orders below ₹2,500, a shipping fee will be applied at checkout based on your delivery location.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order through our courier partner's website.

DELAYS & EXCEPTIONS

While we make every effort to meet the above timelines, B FiT is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
